Safety and User Reports

SoulMap is designed to support more honest, respectful, and transparent connections. If you experience inappropriate behaviour, suspicious activity, harassment, impersonation, misleading information, or any other safety concern, please contact us immediately.

When reporting a user, please include:

  • Your registered email address

  • The profile name or details of the user being reported

  • A description of what happened

  • Screenshots or supporting information, if available

SoulMap™ may review reports and take appropriate action, including warning, restricting, suspending, or removing accounts that violate our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
