Disagreements may happen — disrespect is not acceptable.

Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Fraud, scams, or attempts to obtain money or personal gain

• Commercial promotion, solicitation, or advertising

• Use of the platform for business, escorting, or transactional relationships

• Sharing illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content

• Any activity that violates applicable laws

Violations may result in:

• Content removal

• Account suspension

• Permanent account termination

• Reporting to relevant authorities where required

 

Trust, Not Assumption

While SoulMap™ introduces features like the Honesty Badge,
we remind all users:

• No system can guarantee another person’s intentions or behavior

• Always exercise your own judgment and awareness

Trust is built through interaction, not labels.

 

Your Safety Matters

• Trust your instincts — if something feels off, step back

Honesty Badge Integrity

The Honesty Badge is a controlled feature of the SoulMap™ ecosystem.

Users must not:

• Submit false or misleading verification materials

• Misuse or misrepresent the badge

• Attempt to manipulate the verification process

We reserve the right to:

• Reject or revoke verification at any time

• Suspend accounts associated with abuse of the system

 

Reporting & Enforcement

We actively monitor and respond to community concerns.

Users may report:

• Suspicious profiles

• Misconduct or inappropriate behavior

• Safety concerns

Upon review, SoulMap may take action including:

• Warning or content removal

• Temporary restriction of features

• Account suspension

• Permanent removal from the platform

We are not obligated to disclose investigation details or outcomes.

 

Enforcement Framework

Violations are assessed based on severity, pattern, and risk to the community.

Actions may include:

• Immediate action (no warning) for severe violations

• Tiered response for repeated or moderate violations

• Permanent ban for high-risk or abusive behavior

SoulMap™ reserves full discretion in enforcement decisions.

 

No Circumvention

Users must not attempt to:

• Create new accounts after suspension or ban

• Bypass platform restrictions

• Manipulate system features or safeguards

Any such attempts will result in permanent removal across all associated accounts.

 

Platform Authority

SoulMap™ maintains full authority over:

• Content moderation

• Account status

• Feature access

We may remove content or restrict access at our sole discretion to protect the integrity of the platform.

 

Our Role

SoulMap™ provides the platform —
you create the experience.

We do not control user behavior,
but we are committed to maintaining a respectful and intentional environment.

We may review reports, remove content, or restrict access where necessary.
