At SoulMap™, users have the right to request deletion of their account and associated personal data.

How to request account deletion

You may request account deletion by emailing us at:

Please use the email address registered with your SoulMap™ account and include the subject line:

Account Deletion Request

To protect user privacy and prevent unauthorised deletion, we may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request.

What happens after you request deletion

Once we receive and verify your request, we will delete or anonymise your SoulMap™ account and associated personal data within 30 days.

This may include:

• Your profile information

• Photos uploaded to your account

• Compatibility questionnaire answers

• Matching preferences

• Chat and connection data

• Honesty Badge application information, where applicable

• Work email verification records, where applicable

• App activity data linked to your account

After deletion, your account cannot be restored.

Data we may retain

Certain data may be retained for a limited period where necessary for legal, regulatory, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or abuse prevention purposes.

This may include:

• Transaction or payment records required for accounting or legal compliance

• Records relating to safety reports, misuse, fraud, or policy violations

• Technical logs required for platform security

• Records necessary to protect the rights, safety, and integrity of SoulMap™ and its users

Where retained, such data will only be kept for as long as reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose, and then deleted or anonymised.

Deleting the app does not delete your account

Uninstalling the SoulMap™ app from your device does not automatically delete your account or personal data. To delete your account, please submit an account deletion request using the method above.
