SoulMap™ Child Safety Standards
Last Updated: 28 May 2026
SoulMap™ is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and responsible dating environment. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material, child sexual exploitation, grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, or any content or behaviour that endangers children.
This Child Safety Standards page sets out our policies, reporting channels, enforcement actions, and cooperation approach in relation to child safety.
1. Zero-Tolerance Policy
SoulMap™ strictly prohibits any form of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE), or Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).
Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:
-
Uploading, sharing, requesting, distributing, or promoting CSAM
-
Sexual exploitation, grooming, coercion, or solicitation of minors
-
Any attempt to contact, lure, exploit, or endanger a minor
-
Any content, profile, message, image, or activity that depicts, encourages, facilitates, or normalises child abuse or exploitation
-
Any attempt to use SoulMap to evade child safety laws or platform safety systems
Any account found to be involved in such activity may be immediately suspended or permanently banned.
2. In-App Reporting
Users can report abusive content, suspicious behaviour, or safety concerns directly within the SoulMap™ app.
To report a user or content in the app:
-
Open the relevant user chat
-
Tap Report or Report User, in the top right corner of the chat
-
Select the reason that best describes the concern.
-
Submit the report for review by the SoulMap™ team.
Users should report any content or behaviour that may involve minors, exploitation, grooming, harassment, impersonation, coercion, or other safety risks.
3. Safety Contact
For urgent child safety concerns or questions about this policy, users may contact SoulMap™ at:
connect@soulmaphk.net
Please include relevant details such as the user profile, screenshots where appropriate, dates, and a clear description of the concern. Do not forward or redistribute illegal content. Instead, report the issue through the app or contact us by email.
4. Review and Response Process
SoulMap reviews safety reports and prioritises reports involving potential harm to minors, CSAM, CSE, CSAE, grooming, exploitation, or serious safety risks.
Upon receiving a report, SoulMap™ may:
-
Review the reported profile, content, messages, or account activity
-
Remove or restrict access to violating content
-
Suspend or permanently ban accounts involved in prohibited conduct
-
Preserve relevant evidence where legally required or necessary for safety investigations
-
Escalate urgent or serious child safety concerns for further review
-
Report matters to relevant law enforcement, regulatory authorities, or child protection organisations where required by law or where we believe there is a serious risk of harm
We aim to review urgent child safety reports as quickly as possible. Where a report involves potential CSAM, child exploitation, grooming, or immediate safety risk, it will be treated as high priority.
5. Enforcement Actions
SoulMap™ may take enforcement action where a user violates our safety standards, community guidelines, or applicable laws.
Enforcement actions may include:
-
Content removal
-
Warning or restriction of account features
-
Temporary suspension
-
Permanent account ban
-
Blocking re-registration where appropriate
-
Preservation of relevant account information and evidence where legally required
-
Reporting to law enforcement or relevant authorities where legally required or appropriate
SoulMap™ reserves the right to take immediate action without prior notice where necessary to protect users, minors, or the wider community.
6. Law Enforcement Cooperation
SoulMap™ will cooperate with law enforcement agencies, regulatory authorities, and child protection organisations when legally required or where necessary to address credible risks involving child safety, CSAM, CSE, CSAE, grooming, exploitation, or serious harm.
We may preserve and disclose relevant information in accordance with applicable laws, legal processes, and our privacy obligations.
7. User Responsibility
Users must not use SoulMap™ to upload, share, request, promote, or engage in any content or behaviour involving child sexual abuse, child exploitation, grooming, or harm to minors.
Users who encounter suspicious, abusive, or illegal behaviour should report it immediately through the in-app reporting function or by contacting connect@soulmaphk.net.
8. Policy Updates
SoulMap™ may update this Child Safety Standards page from time to time to reflect changes in law, platform requirements, safety practices, or Google Play policy requirements.
The latest version will always be available on this page.
